A slow, nourishing practice designed to support the whole body and mind.

This class blends yin yoga poses that gently target deep connective tissues combined with meditation and breathwork to calm the nervous system. 10‑step lymphatic drainage massage sequence encourages lymph flow and supports immune health. Includes a longer savasana with sound bath.

This practice is ideal for anyone seeking deep rest, improved mobility, and gentle support for the lymphatic system.

As a breast cancer survivor, I understand firsthand how treatment can create movement limitations, discomfort, and the risk of lymphedema. In 2025, I completed a Lymph Flow Yoga teacher training with the intention of supporting other survivors in their recovery — offering movement, mindfulness, and a sense of community during a time when connection matters most.
