Upon arrival you will be immersed into a relaxing bath of chakra healing lighting with optional essential oil spray to help you settle in. We will start with a relaxing 15 min. yin yoga session consisting of 4-5 stretching poses. You are welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that will help you relax.
